Future grids will be highly dynamic - including the dynamic reconfiguration of the physical grid infrastructure, and the dynamic re-scheduling and re-locating of jobs on-the-fly. This will require extremely sophisticated SLAs governing behavioural expectations for both the jobs and the grid resources.
